Transfer to wrong network/transfer to wrong USDT
XEEX currently does not support the use of USDT to trade on-chain tokens, and only supports trading with mainnet tokens. The specific rules are as follows: Use ETH to trade tokens on the ETH chain on the ERC20 mainnet, use SOL to trade tokens on the SOL chain on the Solana network, and use BNB to trade tokens on the BNB chain on the BNB Chain network. The cross-chain bridge function is currently under development, so stay tuned.
Example: Transfer ETH into the XEEX wallet and trade tokens on the ETH network. You need to select the ETH-ERC20 mainnet network when transferring in. ETH on networks such as Arbitrum and BNB CHAIN ββis not supported yet. If you have transferred by mistake, don't worry. EVM chains are compatible, so your property will not be lost. You need to prepare the gas fee yourself, export the private key, and then transfer it out in other wallets.
Example 1: Xiao A accidentally transferred ETH on BNB CHAIN ββto the XEEX wallet due to carelessness. Since the governance token of BNB CHAIN ββis BNB, BNB needs to be used as the gas fee when trading on BNB CHAIN. To solve this problem, you can transfer a small amount of BNB to the BNB CHAIN ββwallet address of XEEX. After binding the Google Authenticator, click Transfer Out. At this point, since there is enough BNB in ββthe account to pay the Gas fee, you can successfully transfer the USDT on BNB CHAIN. Example 2: Xiao B accidentally transferred USDT on the Tron (TRC20) chain to the XEEX wallet due to a momentary negligence. Since the governance token of the Tron chain is TRX, TRX is required as the Gas fee when trading on the Tron chain. To solve this problem, you can transfer a small amount of TRX to the XEEX - TRX wallet address. After binding the Google Authenticator, click Transfer Out. At this point, there is enough TRX in the account to pay the Gas fee, and the USDT on the Tron chain can be successfully transferred.
