What is a clamp? How can I tell if I am being clamped?
Sniping bot attacks are a common malicious trading behavior that occurs on the chain. They mainly use high-frequency trading robots (commonly known as sniping bots or sniping bots) to seize trading opportunities, quickly buy or sell tokens, and profit from them. Sniping bots complete transactions before ordinary users by running transactions in advance or manipulating gas fees, thereby obtaining price differences. Being attacked by sniping bots usually meets the following conditions at the same time:
The difference between the purchase price and the price of the previous second is too large
There is a purchase and sale before and after your purchase transaction, and it is the same address
It is marked as a robot on DEXTOOLS
The purchase and sale amount of general sniping bots is between $6000-9000
If your transaction is a purchase transaction that does not meet the above five conditions, it is likely that it is not caught by the sniping, but that someone else preempted the transaction and raised the price. Turning on the anti-sniping mode in XEEX can effectively prevent being attacked by sniping bots.
